Records for 5,336 funerals extracted from 25 volumes of records from the Gallimore Funeral Home (1931-1967) and the Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home (1967-2010).  As available, each entry contains the name of the deceased, date of death, date of funeral, and the volume and page where the complete funeral record may be found.  The place of burial / cremation is included for 5,237 of the records and military service information is provided for 1,126 of the entries.  The book also includes a brief biographical sketch of all known undertakers who practiced their trade in the Mason area.
